When you purchase an MLS plan or otherwise request brokerage services, we share your contact details and property information with Oak & Elm Realty Group LLC, our licensed North Carolina brokerage partner, so they can provide the MLS listing and related brokerage services. By consenting to be contacted, you authorize HomeFlex and its partners to reach out to you by email, phone, or SMS regarding your listing and related services.

We may also share information with buyer agents and other third parties solely to facilitate showings and offers on your property, and as required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

Note that you cannot opt out of transactional messages necessary to provide the Services you requested.
