MLS Listing Brokerage Disclosure
HomeFlex is a real estate technology platform and is not a real estate brokerage. For customers purchasing a Flat-Fee MLS Listing plan for properties located in North Carolina, MLS listing services will be provided through our licensed brokerage partner, Oak & Elm Realty Group LLC, a North Carolina licensed real estate brokerage.
HomeFlex is free to any user. However, if you list on the MLS using one of our HomeFlex Flat-Fee MLS listing plans, your payment is made to Oak & Elm Realty Group LLC for the limited listing services they will provide. All payments for MLS listing services are made to Oak & Elm Realty Group LLC, not to HomeFlex.
By purchasing a Flat-Fee MLS Listing plan, you acknowledge that your property will be listed in the applicable Multiple Listing Service (MLS) by Oak & Elm Realty Group LLC pursuant to a separate listing agreement and in accordance with all applicable North Carolina Real Estate Commission rules, MLS regulations, and state and federal laws. HomeFlex facilitates the technology platform and customer experience, while all brokerage services related to the MLS listing are provided by Oak & Elm Realty Group LLC.
The scope of brokerage services provided will depend on the specific HomeFlex plan selected and the terms of the listing agreement executed with Oak & Elm Realty Group LLC. Additional brokerage services beyond those included in your selected plan may be available for an additional fee.
